Your maintenance price is set in your contract. Extra work is quoted before it’s done.

Routine maintenance and enhancement projects from the same company, so you’re not coordinating several vendors.

An honest price for what your property actually needs.
We build a plan and a quote around what your property needs now and what it will need, not around what it takes to win the bid. Nothing more, nothing less.
We won't underbid.
A price that's too low doesn't leave room for the time, crew, and attention a property needs, and the grounds show it.
We won't overbid.
No padding, and no price gouging. You pay for the work your property needs.
Reputation first.
We'd rather lose the job than our reputation.
Owned and run in Tampa Bay.
Crownscape isn't a branch of a national chain. We're based in Land O' Lakes and work across Tampa Bay, so we know what Florida heat, summer storms, and pests do to a property, and which counties restrict summer fertilizing.
Common questions
What boards and managers ask before they call.
We’re still under contract with another company.
That’s normal. Most associations are mid-contract when they start looking. Get an estimate now and have it ready for your renewal or your next budget meeting.
Switching sounds like a hassle.
We’ll work with you on a start date that fits around your current contract.
What’s included in regular maintenance?
Mowing, edging, hedge trimming, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, small tree and palm care, and mulch. After a site visit, we’ll give you a plan and a quote based on what your property needs now and what it will need. Nothing more, nothing less.
How is maintenance priced?
It depends on the property: its size, what’s planted, and how often it needs service. After a site visit, you get an estimate priced for what your property actually needs, not to win the bid.
Will the price go up?
Your maintenance price is set in your contract. Anything outside it is quoted separately so you can decide first.
Can you take on several of our properties?
Yes. Tell us which ones and we’ll prepare an estimate for each.
Is our property the right size for you?
We work with associations and commercial properties of many sizes. Call us and we’ll tell you whether we’re a good fit.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free, with no obligation.
